We are paid at the conclusion of your event by the venue that you select via an industry standard commission. This commission is calculated on the accommodation component of your event and is fully absorbed by the venue. Commissions are never added on to the rates you pay.

In addition to this, we are a totally independent company, and do not represent any particular venue or chain of venues, so you are given the very best options every time!

And if you still need more, our subsidiary company, Choice Event Management, offer full project management services at industry competitive rates.

(This free service is based on events with a minimum of 40 or more contracted room nights across the entire event. However, if your conference does not involve accommodation of 40 or more contracted room nights, we offer the same service on a competitive fixed fee basis. Our team of skilled and experienced event coordinators will negotiate savings for you that, in most cases, will exceed the cost of our services).
